    Our local team will reach out to your referral to learn what they’re looking for. We will help guide them through their search for a new home, and will match them with a place that fits their needs.

Referral FAQ’s

  • Anyone can! You do not have to be a past client to participate. Yu are welcome to refer friends, family, coworkers, or anyone that is looking for a property to rent.

  • Your $50 e-Gift Card will be sent after your referred friend signs a lease through Sonar Realty and we receive payment for the referral to the property. This typically happens 30-60 days after move-in, but timing can vary depending on the property’s payment schedule.

    Please make sure you include your name and your referral’s name.

  • Nope! There is no limit to how many people you can refer. For every qualified referral that leases through us, you’ll earn a separate $50 e-Gift Card.
